  • Attachment Theory & Polyvagal Theory: Guided by these insights, we explore the dynamics of relationships and the body's response to stress, aiming to enhance emotional regulation and build secure connections.

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that helps clients process and resolve distressing memories and trauma. Through guided eye movements, visualization techniques, and somatic focus, ART helps alleviate distressing sensations in the body, allowing clients to reframe painful experiences and reduce emotional impact. This method is structured yet gentle, offering a safe way to achieve healing without requiring detailed verbal recounting of the trauma.

Walk & Talk Ecotherapy Sessions

Experience the benefits of combining gentle movement, fresh air, and mindful awareness with our Walk and Talk sessions. The sights, sounds, and sensations of the natural world draw our attention away from mental burdens, promoting a sense of grounding and awareness. Offerings & Fees:

  • Individual Psychotherapy – Sessions are approximately 50 minutes in length and can be held virtually, by phone, or in-person, $160.00 per session. I am covered by various insurance companies but please check first with your provider. I accept cash & e-transfer.

  • Eco-therapy Sessions – 50 minutes in length, $160.00 per session. Must attend 15 minute consult prior to booking ecotherapy sessions.
